  • High-Demand Periods: Up to 7 Business Days

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 per order

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Modification Window

Requests submitted within 12 hours of purchase may be eligible for modification or cancellation.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, changes may no longer be possible.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

If your package arrives with visible damage:

Lost Packages

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

Vivlumin™ cannot guarantee reimbursement for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
